This year is on course to be a record year for tourism to Israel. This also means a huge increase in pilgrimage traffic, which accounts for more than 60% of all of Israel’s incoming tourism figures.
This does have implications. You must book early to ensure that you have your first choice accommodation and to some – even more important – the services of a particular guide.
The other implications are of course the number of visitors at the holy sites. Your guides have the headache to avoid the queues, which is becoming more and more of a challenge.
Maybe the months of July and August will become popular with pilgrims. The prices will be high, the weather will be very hot but the holy sites will be quiet!
This month we have included two offers, which cannot be used together, but can either act as an income for your church or the other can save your pilgrims money.
We take this opportunity in wishing you all the very best for Holy Week, Easter and Passover.
