How You Can Lead Your Own Group
We arrange tours to the following destinations: – Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Malta, Italy, Portugal, Spain and France – to name a few. We have also sent groups to South America, India, South Africa and Poland, so our portfolio is truly global.
Your first step in leading your own group is to canvas your potential pilgrims, to see if you have a nucleus of a group. The recommended minimum is 15 participants and the maximum is a coach load of 50 participants. You can have as many coaches as you like and we can also arrange a variety of coach sizes.
Once you believe you have a potential group, please contact us and it will be our pleasure to guide you through the rest of the booking process and discuss how we can help you get the most from your pilgrim tour.
Our Approach to Booking Your Pilgrim Group
Regarding the flights themselves we use both scheduled and low cost airlines though our policy is first to offer you the national carrier of the country you are visiting as for them the flight you are taking is not just a commercial route but rather an opportunity to give you a warm welcome to their country, taking good care of you and your group.
Our appointed agents at the destinations are selected because of their professionalism and the understanding of pilgrimage travel. They are an extension of our own philosophy and fully understand that fulfilment of your expectations and aspirations are paramount.
We can design your itinerary to suit your needs, duration, hotels and sites to visit. Or you can select one of our many suggested itineraries. Nothing is too much trouble.
Once booked, we are only too pleased to help you promote your tour. We can make a presentation at a location of your choice and if you so wish, produce a brochure along with a booking form. We can also have a selection of promotional material sent to you.
We will support you throughout the entire process. We are there pre departure to ensure that all the administration is correct. We are in direct contact with during your pilgrimage and we will send you our Quality Assurance Form upon your return in order to receive your valuable feedback from your experience.
TIP: We suggest that you try and avoid, school holidays and religious festivals as this period is high season.
PLUS: All our pilgrims to the Holy Land will receive two FREE GIFTS! One, from Caprice, the Israeli jewellery company and the other, from Ahava the Dead Sea beauty cosmetic company. This is in addition to receiving, upon arrival in Israel, an individual bag to carry any personal items during your pilgrimage. In the bag you will find a sun hat, an energy bar, a bottle of water, a Holy Land map and a special Holy Land diary for you to record your own personal impressions.
Please feel free to read testimonials from previous tour participants.

Educational Tours For Church Leaders
We organise educational trips for clergy/lay leaders – who have every intention of one day leading a pilgrimage group of their own through ITS Pilgrimages. These tours are heavily subsidised by the suppliers, from the airline to the guide. As a result, we only allow one representative per church.
We do allow a spouse/companion to join the participant at a supplementary charge.
Please note, the cost of the tour is refunded to the participant when he/she leads his or her own pilgrimage tour. Please see details this year’s Educational Tours.
As we are bonded with ABTA as a tour operator (V1178), we are also licensed with the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL 2893) and an accredited IATA agent (91284771), your payments are 100% protected, our professionalism is assured and you are getting the best value, for we are licensed to deal directly with the airlines and all the suppliers.
